Loosely based on two HR Giger images. The Goho Doji he made for Teito Monogatari and the Harvester from the Dune project.
684 polys but 112 are double sided via shader so 796 is the true total. I was within the poly budget so I didn't have to strip any away. Could cut at least 100 without loosing any definition. 512*512 texture with a 16*16 blood texture that is used via shaders.
The head and torso tags are in the center so it can get a little janky when standing still but you spend 90% of your time running or dead in Q3 so it isn't a overly noticeable issue.
TrTrying to teach myself how to hand paint metal textures by working on this dagger. Early days, I'm sort of happy with the handle. However the blade still needs a lot of work.

Quick prop for fun, roughly 10hrs to this point ~ high mesh / low mesh / uv+pack / bake. The Mk2 device detects things the Mk1couldn't, still couldn't tell you what it detects though 😆 More screenshots on ArtStation.
