Firestarter, that's amazing work! I like to spend time with watching your cool works firends.
I have a minds of RTS game but don't have an experience. Well, I want this Trex to be the one of wild mobs, with not too often appearance. I want your advice which of them is better or some critique about quality or polygons/triangles count? Thanks!
Playing around with what crates would be like with different manufacturing methods...okay, I lied. I just wanted to justify manking old over-industrialized storage compartments. Also played around with the silhouettes blah blah blah. Seriously though; stop it with the boxes, people!

Low poly ofc. On the torso, mainly the belly drop the polycount. Especially on the unseen areas. Needs to be lower poly for most Rts's i've seen.
Watched the Hobbit the other night was inspired to do a quick Gandolf sculpt..I plan on taking it further
From a technical standpoint, I think this looks great. However, you haven't yet captured the likeness of Ian McKellen, IMO! Use more reference! I think that will really help sell this sculpt, as right now, he looks like your average wizard, it doesn't scream "Gandalf". Could be Zeus, or Dumbledore, or even Santa, for all we know!
Soo, eh, when are you going to release and sell this awesomeness and get rich in the process? The style is awesome.
Thanks a lot for the kind words. It's not really on my map right now to actually make a finished game of this, although I'd love to sometime in the future.
Ohh I like that, but that tangent on the horses head with the mountain is killing me lol
Thanks man. Why is it killing you, though? More overlap would probably be better but I felt that the horse is sufficiently separated with darker values.
Would appreciate if you could elaborate.

Just my two cents, keep it up!
Thanks for the two cents Prophecies your totally right. I made some adjustments hope reads more like Ian Mckellan now, because that is my end goal

The horse on the left, his mane is nearly the exact shape of the mountain behind it. If you raise or lower the mountain so it doesn't touch up exactly it would easily solve it
Thanks for the props Jaco, TheQiwiMan, CougarJo, mr_ace, Spatz (proper bo!), retleks and iStanislav. =]
@retleks Supermans looking good, nicely classical sculpt, but the position of his right hand reads as effeminate for me. Maybe that's what you want and I should shut it, but I just had to say it!
You probably wanna make the trees fade out to be semi-transparent as they are at the center of the screen. Right now they're obscuring a lot of the screen and hiding the character.
Sorry for raining on your parade, but it looks pretty much just like the once rumored concept for Robocop, by Mike Jensen, only busier. You could at least have given the guy some credit, because surely this isn't an coincidence.
Painting techniques's nice though.
especialy considering that besides the head being tilted slightly, and the one leg being repositioned, they line up almost perfect when overlayed.
i always get baffled by stuff like that, cause clearly the op has some nice painting chops to do such a good paintover.

Some Crate Experiments.

The shader is an edited version of the one Haz uploaded a while ago.

Very nice sculpt I really like it!!!! How did you render it?
By the way, Vorge and Ironmonkey, great sculpts!
Hazardous, looking good man. Love those forms.
Vorge, great sculpt and rendering. Would make for kickass banner.

P.S. Video compression destroys all the final details on the sculpt
Just my two cents, keep it up!
Here is a cross-post from my newly started thread, you can find it here
Some assets:
Revisited this guy, the "Hay Maker." I adjusted the perspective, simplified the lighting, and removed the surface texture for clarity.

A quick study on my Galaxy note 10 (sketchbook pro)

That sword looks truly magical... Heh, heh, heh.
High poly is nearly done.
Posed up base mesh, and into sculptage with symmetry off!
Here's what I did in my stream tonight.
