this is how superheros keep their sexual urges in check. two cords cut the circulation to the penis, keeping the superhero from getting erect. DC COMICS, I'M A GENIUS, HIRE ME.
Hi guys it's been a while since I last uploaded anything. I've been working on my animation skills. This is my animation demo reel for the first semester of 2017. I'm still a student and this year was my first contact with 3D animation. Any criticism will be welcome.
VR gloves from scan. I spent about 20 minutes shooting photos at the end of the day yesterday. Reality capture processed in ~5 hours after work. I started the mesh cleanup at about 8:00 this morning and now at 1:30 in the afternoon I am done with low and bakes. Got to love the speed of this workflow. Detailed 10 million triangle mesh out of reality capture in a few hours. Baking 2k normals in 10 seconds. Total time from start to finish on a set of hands like this for VR is ~2 production days to have them functional in unreal.

Progress render of my Firefly interpretation from The Last of Us. Starting to sculpt more folds and wrinkles now that I'm pretty satisfied with the results from Marvelous.
Small weekend project to work on my metal texturing. Next up is a Roman shield! More images and the viewer on my artstation page: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/zRzOm

@goatSQVIDD Cool! Nice presentation. The little logo and faded hex pattern are nice touches. hectorsdors Dastardly. His right hand has something going on in its movement, however it almost looks like he's moving it to a tune - that could be cool though! Reminds me of Christoph Waltz's character in Inglourious Basterds.
Redesigned my portal & its augment. My thread! ^_^
Low poly dungeon/storage room interior. I've got some weird artifacting on the far wall. I'm not sure what's causing it. I will look more into this later. Perhaps Blender is causing it or the cask by the door.

Thanks for the comment:) This is looking real nice. Love the foliage, very well scattered. The only thing that distracted me was the rocks at the base of the portal. I think they could do more for composition if they were more angular and shaped pointing towards the glowing sphere? Angular rocks tend to translate better in game also, they cast more dynamic shadows and the angles break up any tiling you may have (if your using a tiled rock on low poly meshes). Otherwise, really looking forward to seeing this in 3D.
It's my new demo reel idea, "Pup's of Fenrir Raiding Camp" they worship that god and what he was feared for. The scene itself has about 227 props with a few more being added as I start working on the UE4 rendering/effects. Started a few ZBrush highpoly's but going to kick it all into Substance 2 with a few Photoshop for the foliage. Aiming for a night render with a bit of rain and some fog emitters. I'm a junior/no job modeler/environment artist, if you got any feed back feel free to shoot it this way.

Straight up, personally, I think this is waaaay to much work. 227 props is a lot of dayum props! If you have a lot of time and dedication go for it but its a very common mistake for learners to bite off more than they can chew and not finish a scene. Just sayin. I'd focus on a smaller area and make that look amazing with high quality props and attention to detail.
