Gonna add like a neck cushion methinks, a lot of work needs doing on the feet hence why I've cut them off. Need to fill some gaps and add some elements which knit certain panels together a bit better to. Feedback/crits always welcome

Dat Terrain! Sweet environment man
Think that the cows could be simpler more geometrical, and the ship might need some a more clear design (maybe a few more polys if it should be round) - and maybe a less saturated color on it to go with the rest. + maybe some red lights instead of green to work with the red "beam" light?
The dirt might want a black fade? and the white rock or bone is drawing some attention right now.

This could really be a neat piece if you shrunk the size of the earth while blowing up the scale of all the props. A cute little scene of house, trees, well and cows being abducted. Tuck them all in together, and up the Saturation.
It's a great idea for a concept environment piece to show off.
Just completed this coin model for thewaronaging.com . It is a 3d printable token to raise awareness and funds for rejuvenation biotechnology. You can find it on Shapeways.com if you search for "thewaronaging" there. I really hope it's successful!
Share some of experience please.. i have been working for environment artist for last one and half year. i spend my time in front of my computer.. I ll upload more stuff soon.. your comments will be valueable for me..

My new work:
Highpoly german tank Sturmpanzer III. This tank was made according to the old war photos. I tried to make it authentically as much as possible.
Just a quick turret thing I did at work, most of the concept work by lovely Lyndon Hamer with tweaks by Daniel Lodge and I. I did most of the fine details as well as sub-d work and Lyndon kindly provided me with a base mesh to work with

Such awesome stuff in here @ u@
I'm working on a Bill Murray sculpt for one of my Individual Projects tasks at school. Playing around a bit with fibermeshes and trying that out. Gonna give his hair a go next!
Made a design sample this week and decided to keep adding stuff the scene. Going to add some foliage and small boats next. Any feedback would be awesome!
GI-ing with many real time point lights is fun and looks cool (UDK). A script for placing them automatically on the grid, and getting color from the near object would be awesome. I'm wondering why there isn't a similar solution for real time using. I mean in any engine, not just UDK. Setting the density could be the option to optimize, but actually its not really expensive especially compared to the modern pcs.

still a bit of stuff to do, mostly just cloning objects to get them on either side properly.
highpoly:
Still very much work in progress. A coil asset for the engine room. Insite of the ring and top still left to model.
been doing more 'noodling' with my hand painted style.
zbrush sculpt then hand painted diffuse with various overlays from zbrush
no longer a likeness exercise , just practising my painting
this was a very basic blockout, hair was nicked from elsewhere
hope to do some more finished looking stuff soon
