vickgaza, my jaw dropped at that first render. Really dig the style, and the character looks amazing.
El Scorcho, the texturing on her is so crisp and clean, she looks gorgeous.
StanHibbert, I'm in love with handpainted textures, and that looks really good!
a lil skateboard i just got done working on... hope ya like!!
Nice start but your missing the bolts that hold the trucks to the actual board.
And the edge curve dip after the wheel where the board angle changes for the nose & tail, they also aren't angled up enough.
Altho even if it's an older style board that doesn't have those features, it still needs dem bolts to hold it together.
Keep it up tho, it's gud n worn, maybe add a few more tris on the nose too
Also I think I'm going to pick this up again. I stopped a long time ago and I'm going to make it so much better than I would have been able to back then.
Still a lot left on this guy but I finally found a rendering style I like. Before I put too much emphasis on edge highlighting which made it quite messy to work in all the gradations I want. Going for a cleaner style in that regards which makes the metal in particular look more believable. I'm still going with the plan to wear this guy down including scratching on the bare metal parts but that'll be for the finishing stage.
Also got a rig together that works most of the time.
Here is the piece I'm working on. It's from an old noob contest and based on Deus Ex HR concept. It's far from being over but it's beginning. The final scene will be in UDK

so awesome! ad some brighter highlights to the metal and its done, really i love how clean and greyscale it is
@senatorgreaves haha nice work! I dig the render @AimBiz Awesome progress. I can't wait to see the finished product! @duncan Impressive as always!
I made the body base by starting with zspheres. The proportions are close to finished on my ogre's body. I'm going to retopo it next before I continue to tweak things. C&C welcome!

I actually think that is quite interesting. Do you have a thread for it?

WIP of Dr. Girlfriend (Or I guess, Dr. Mrs. The Monarch now...). Just a practice sculpt because I've never done such a stylized character before. Haven't focused much on the shoulder area yet, working on it now.
Bleh. Mudbox and I don't get along very well. Oh well. I'll try again tomorrow.
