I'm working on some Napoleonic era character. Currently I'm still on sculpting in Zbrush, but I took some fast render and done some rework in Photoshop. I was not intending to create something big, but I really had a great time.
EDIT: Since I'm still working on head sculpt, I'm welcome for any advice that would help me to improve this head. If someone see some wrong shape or anything like that, just let me know.
PS: Working on this helped me release my stress in some level because of the critical situation in my country Iran which the murdering of innocent people and protesters is happening as we speak for basic human rights. Our main motto is Women, Life, Liberty.
Surgical stiched sniper is skin of my previous made sniper model.
For this one i decided to make a new weapon skin in painter without editing main mesh model or any highpoly or sculpt changes or rebake.
I started with height map in substance designer and used them in painter with only flat colors then used materials from quixel and combined them well with painting masks then 1 more pass on height with blood.

Coments and critis are most welcome as this one is my first try on something made of skin.
...looks like something Gunther von Hagens would be into and if taken literally the blood should be of a slightly darker hue, since the bleeding is mostly Venous.

Kitbashed this scene from marketplace assets for uni assignment on lighting. Just saw it for the first time on an hdr screen and it looks completely different than when I made it on a non-hdr one. Critiques welcome. Trying to become a lighting artist but I also wanna get better at environments.
To get feedback on your work, the best thing is to make a Topic in one of the Showcase sections (2D, 3D, or Animation) and embed images you want feedback on.
It's especially useful to post works in progress, with regular updates like a development diary, so people can provide guidance along the way, and so you can apply it and improve your work!
This "waywo" Topic is really just a way to get the word out about your current works in progress.
Made up a small challenge for myself (in my sketchbook thread turntable there for more) to attempt to make a complicated model, using the restraints of say: Q3A (1999 pc game) I plan to attempt the style they had also, anyone can join in also, pick any design that seems complicated and do your best with 1000 triangles, if it has accessories(weapon) create them within reason, 1-2 hundred triangles(not polys) this can be an infinite challenge or limited till next year, April so those that want to mess around as well can, i will post final in the lowpoly thread.
Did this for fun since i do not see many games reclaiming these limits, perhaps the "phone" ? i do not play the game anymore since I'd have to trust servers people are making but other than that, if i could reload/relaunch the old days i'd put this guy in the game and might, with the "new", refurbished HD texture pack and see what can be done with that old engine as far as designs go. (didn't want to clutter the thread (lowpoly) with w.i.p.s. and i haven't seen anyone posting lowpoly things in w.a.y.w.o. threads)
Working on the critics on the other w.i.p. V.B. Might do a 180 and do something alternatively to make it easier on me for V.B. which might end up also being creative & could start a trend which is the idea (an obvious thing that seemingly might not be so obvious).

@Eric Chadwick cheers, yeah I have fixed the melons since then and also using PNG now at a smallest compression, looks so much better
I think not using a denoiser has helped and limiting the zoom factor
