You got a lot of anatomy issues you need to address and proportions as well. The back muscles are incorrectly done and the quads and knees look very off. I don't think you have a thread for this, so I had to constructively critque is here. Good luck!

Update on the battle-bot. Gave it some team-colors and some texture. Not sure how I want to do the shading, but preferably kinda cheap and with as few maps as possible.
Hey black objects against a black backdrop is not a good idea, try something more neutral like a mid value desaturated gray with a hint of blue to make your red pop out more.

I've been working in free time on modded heads for Dark Souls.
It's been a massive challenge to produce anything, since I'm working without their meshes so I built my own UVed base mesh. It has two different UV sets that needed to align perfectly with their UVs
Oh, and the game stomps over your diffuse texture using its own texture overlays, which you can't modify.
still working on my landscape. this is what is probably the finished World Machine part. next is importing into UDK once i get clearance from my client.
purehilarityI see where you are coming from and i understand completely but when i was making it i was talking to a friend at the same time just doing all the stuff i find funny about new modellers the way they look up "old paper" on google and over lay it across there whole shot and use red wax and have there name massive across the top with the zbrush poly count haha it was actually more of a lesson on what not to do but im sorry if i offended any one and tbh my first head sculpt was way worse than the one i posted haha

Try to load the diffuse into zbrush/mudbox and sculpt the basic shapes, then use crazybump to add the small details. Or paint a hightmap that is closer to what the reference woudl look like.

probably gonna call this high poly about done minus whatever crits i may get. its my first real attempt at finishing a high poly. kinda feel ive made my edges a bit too tight, but im hitting that point where i want to take what ive learned and apply it to a new piece.

BTW: I have problems seeing the whole of the second main image of the girl. The JavaScript you have for the slideshow isn't respecting the bottom scrollbar as it's centered to screen. Scrollbar gets smaller image does not advance ~ Google Chrome.
