Screengrab from a game I'm making in UDK. The sky is actually a low-rez skybox with ugly seams and other issues, so it's just temporary. The sky and lighting will be quite different and I'm also going to add some rain and thunder.

Altogether the characters and weapon are around 2,200 tri's, they all share a single 512x512 Diffuse/Spec and Alha map.
Looking sweet mike - might need a little more shading, like it needs little more AO or maybe add a subtle gradient to the whole thing - kinda DOTA style - keep at it !

Still need to add hinges, a door handle and tweak the diffuse a bit more.
I was attempting to do something hand-painted and happy with this as when I make environments they tend to be all moody. I think I managed quite well.
