Awesome indeed! really like the mood of it and the color for the light sources really fits with the colors of the environment. been looking on it for a while now and one thing that i think you have missed is that the light from the lightsources isnt affecting the environment. maybe use it use it like a rim light on some grass straws or something? ^^
Wazzup St4lis! Nice work, I really like the first one and the last one. What program is that? How do you get the lines so smooth? (Trying to get more into comic-style linework)
Twoflower: Cool bro, looks like a good start, photoshop have some nice adjustment layers that you can use to buff up your saturation and color variation. Try them out, see what happens

Thanks. Its just photoshop. I use a very thin (3-5px) brush and draw quick sharp lines. I want all my lines to have attitude, so I'd rather redo a line 8 times than sketch it up slowly to get it right the first time. The technique is great for quick sketches to catch the style and feel of the concept, but does not work for high rendered stuff.
Nice designs! You might wanna show how the joints connect on the mech (tha arms) and also looks like your warrior guy has broken one of his legs. Nice pose though, liking that helmet
Yeah nice work there, good color and light are so important.
Keep practising my quick 30 sec poses. Since I never went to artschool and never practised anatomy or poses or anything like that il use my time here to get some training with it
Erik: Thanks man! Everyone here seems pretty skilled. Is nice to have guys like you to hang around with. Love those animal sketches, you really capture the action!
Twoflower: Jeremy Vickery is the man! You reminded me that I really need to get started on making environments. So I watched his videos and did some drawings. I borrowed some of your stuff later on from the "crystal cavern exercise" cause you really nailed the coffin! Gonna make another attempt tomorrow.
Not wery good at painting especially digital, and thought this was a good idea to get better at it.(you got to start somewhere right? ) Lovely and inspiering stuff in this thread. Heres my day 1.
Got some nice colors there, I suspect you are using dodge or burn tool for your shadows? If you are, try painting them instead it will look much better in the end. Also try using cold colors (blue, purple, blue-gray) for your shadows, nothing is ever completely black or white, everything has some kind of color.
here is some of my favorite videos! Helped me a lot and I recommend that you all watch them -
