Yeah, maybe to undefined? Like, what is it? its to thick to be antenna and it feels like it could be broken off very easy, also I dont feel that it follows the other shapes of the ship.
Dont get me wrong though its a really nice picture, the colors are great and I really like the "motors" they are awesome
All and all I just feel like the "horn" "antenna" whatever is very different from the rest of the ship, making it stand out a lot.

Hehe its good man its goooood, always try to give some kinda feedback if I can
I know, and it´s great! Always good to see it with someone else´s eyes! And I agree, perhaps the torso was a bit longer than the average ratio!
Cool feel. Perhaps a tad more contrast on the front most one wouldn´t hurt.
Yeah Think you are right there, Not to happy with their design but the overall composition and there tentacles feelt pretty neat
I like the airplane, very realistic/painterly. Nice light too
You sure are good att drawing airplanes and enviroment maybe you should try to do a really crazy picture? Recently we had an assignment where we where supposed to design a non-combat mech, maybe that could be something to try? or maybe something organic, and alien like a organism from another planet?
Well it would be fun to see your take on that, Think you have grown quite a bit in your rendering technique
Cool. I just bought a Targus Stylus pen for my iPad. I´ll have a go at doing some work on the pad. Perhaps a nice way to go outside and do real life refs (I´ll probably need a blanket to check the values though. )

Haha nice, good way to draw more, easy to pick up and draw
here is some airplanes for ya! Need to pick one to keep working on, to everyone: feedback plzzzz
Nice work with the Undead Conquestador, the perspective is a bit off on the right arm, and the left lower arm/wrist/hand could probably be a bt bigger/longer. Really like the materials though, nice skull
GJ guys, I'm glad you all are doing this... Even after breaking into the industry as a concept artist, I still feel like I have to continuously keep expanding my skills and techniques.
Nice work on the pose there! Great light and reflections. Maybe his hands are a bit to close together for that pose? The fingers looks nice but feels a bit stiff, also its kinda hard to see exactly what it is hes holding.
Nice work though, got some cool brush work and shading there

Good work though, perspective is nice as always
I concur. The design was rubbish.
1 hr.
Only a bit of the front part, the rest had style
As for the angel: Really nice values!
Cheers. I´ll re-work the face though.

Day 56 -

Best of luck to you all!
Last one!
Day 60! - Speedpaint about an hour.
Trying to learn something by studying and doing something similar to the cool art at http://www.robotpencil.org/
Looking forward to seeing your stuff tomorrow
Btw, looks like Hanna is gonna start posting here too so thats nice ^^
Cool. for airplanes, make sure to try to streamline the design even further.
The later designs are better in that sense and very cool. great color schemes as well!
And I would have toned down the values in the canopy/glass sections too.
~90 mins
