Nice update! I the only thing that distracts me in some way is the skin pores on the face, I'd either tone it down loads and vary the depth or not have it all because it looks just as sweet without them! Cool work man.
Lovely sculpt, but I feel like the head is so out of place on a well proportioned female body. It feels really strange to me.
I created a piece yesterday and had some steps saved out in the psd. I figured I could post it here for anyone who finds this kind of stuff interesting
Could you share a little how you did all the fancy detail work on the legs?
Its simple noisemaker
1. Create your mesh with UV (e.g. in 3ds max)
2. Draw or model and bake alpha for noise. In my case its an alpha of ladies stockings pattern
3. In ZBrush apply noise in surface rollout and select your alpha. Adjust strength and size of your texture
4. Create new layer and hit bake to mesh from surface palette
That's all)
This is a set of fx I created for the Brainiac mini bosses in the open world in Gotham. The idea is that minions collect energy and rely it to the miniboss. After a series of set levels are achieved, it switches forms to more complete versions. Once complete, it spawns a live version and then roams the area attacking player characters.
@MrNinjutsu
Thank you, man! I think it's not a problem because when i'll add sss material in v-ray to the body it will hide skin pores as well as skin roughness @krisCrash
thanks! yes, she is enterily too human i think) from gadget there left large ears, the size of the head and a tail
nah dude i agree with mrninjutsu, it's great advice, she looks like she has orange peel skin. tone it down. it's a great piece but it's really distracting and makes no sense.
Here's the early stages of a Victorian city scene I've been working on. Will add grating to the windows and other things later after I finish making the other building sets.
finished the lowpoly and normal bake, rendering out the ambient right now. Prob wont get to texturing for a while goin back home for a little vacation.
made some progress over the weekend, the mit will be folded up on one hand, fur needs work but most of its gonna be alphas anyway. Still trying to figure out what I wanna do with the forearms.
Might have a couple more closer to the walkway, although i still need to sort out what's happening where they stand, they kind of perch on the furness areas atm which looks strange.

Anatomy study I am working on, and after liking the new Spider-man movie decided to just turn him into Spider-man
Wow looks great man! I really like her shape.

Looks cool dude, the hands look a little thin, maybe bulking them up a tad bit would make it all the better Keep on rockin' dude.

I would go with number 9...it fits her face IMO
Cross Post from my art test thread, almost done with the textures.
Thanks man, made them a bit thicker and gave him some legs, need to go over the anatomy once more and start retopologizing him.
Also need to figure out a way to do those damn webs all over his body (want to put them in the high-res).

Wont put the full pic up, don't want to clutter this page with my work
r13 this is beautiful!!!
3D Freak I am digging #9 but i also like the red color better
Not sure if it's just the perspective or that the head is too small for the body height?
You could always do them in the texture and us NDO to then add in the detail? Or masks?
I'm currently working on this, probably use this a go to thing for when I need a break from things.
p.s the goggles are just a block-in, will go and model them in max.
this is the only possible way I can respond to this.
Figured I should crosspost this here to, for those that don't check my thread.
i also added a few flats on my post : http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=91066&page=6

Finished up my mixamo entry, need to pose her still though. Final turn around:
Cross post from my thread, current wip. Just colors and normals.
3D Freak: I quite like 2,8 and 9. I'm indecisive :P
Here's a sculpt I recently finished. The polypaint and render are very very basic just because my main aim was to study the anatomy and form.
I hope you all like it.
Thanks,
Nice paint'n j1ll.

Haha, this is awesome.
Looks like fun. What are you using for the panel and video controller/converter?
And more importantly, are they able to be run off batteries?
