I'm really looking forward to what guys from San Diego will come up with.
There's a place for theatrical whiz-bangery, but when you want to deliver the straight-up goods doing it this style is, I believe, the absolute best. I literally have no questions about the game after watching those videos besides How do you save your game?* and Can I change my outfits?*
*It's got this GTA feel to it so I am wondering if there's 'safe houses' or what have you.
Anyway, awesome. It's jumped to my #1 most anticipated title.
If a good game, will just reinforce the bad management style used to create versus seeing it did good in spite of bad management. If a bad game, will lead to the unemployment of our fellow workers. Without the connection necessarily getting through to leaders of the management style that failed.

Yeah, sorry for derailing the thread. I'm planning on buoycotting the game based on principal.
I wish there was some other way to show my disapproval to the management, but approval of the art some other way, but I don't want to support their awful business practices. Maybe rent it.

Its just the company and managers that will lose out with the money.
But it is a bit silly to not buy it, you cant win that way and its nothing to do with us, its up to the artists and those involved to deal with it. If they want to be treated like they appear to be or think they have no power thats up to them.
But yeah this doesnt look bad from the trailer I though it was going to be similar to that other wild west fps, but its more like an open world Oblivion type fps.

I don't think a boycott would mean shit from us, and neither would buying it like crazy.
I also thought GUN was a pretty fun game, if pretty shallow. This looks like a more in depth version of it, so I'll probably nab this.
Actually, first when I saw this, I expected a gun type thing with better graphics, but this just looks magnificent.

EDIT: @Adam: from looking at the official site, then yes, you can change outfits, and even mustaches, it seems.
However I wasn't really a big fan of GTA4, but this looks far more action-oriented than GTA4's (boring) sim-like stuff. Also the western setting is a nice change from the typical modern/futuristic/fantasy/space/medieval themes.
What struck me as odd, though, is that the guns sound like the AK sounds from CS. Well it's not odd, it's from a sound library, it's just that I instantly think "AK" when I hear it.

the game looks tight and i know everyone worked hard for a long time.
my ps3 as been sitting there since gta4 and mgs4
multiplayer free roam ... Not sure if it's MMO style freeroam or just freeroam for a limited amount of players.. Probably the latter..
