Hey guys, thought I would share this piece with you all. It is a stylized sculpt of the creator of Kirby and Super Smash Brothers, Masahiro Sakurai. This was a piece i sculpted for a 3D print and designed to look like the other Super Smash Brothers amiibos. It was to celebrate the release of Super Smash Brothers Ultimate and to thank Mr. Sakurai for all his hard work and dedication to the series over the last 20 years. The 3D Printed amiibo was featured on Kotaku and Destructoid and Mr Sakurai himself saw it on Twitter and showed his appreciation for it which made me super thrilled. We had a message translated to Japanese for him and everything! Having someone's work that I've admired for almost my whole life actually admiring something I worked on felt amazing.
