Early WIPs of the texture work from my new indie game project
All done in Substance Designer 6 and rendered with iRay, they will all be included in a texture atlas with a few variants to vertex paint details like rust, damage, snow, moss, etc. in Unity.
Continuing on from the previous monthly environ challenge. Working up the particle effects and smoke for the candles today. (Screengrab from UE4) Candle flame, eyes, and big spirit gas out of the well are all particle systems. Smoke is a deforming mesh.
The crew over at 3rd Eye Studios did up a render of a recent character I did for them. Working on some clay renders atm and probably will try a Painter pass to see the difference between it and Quixel
