Think I will call this done unless I notice something wrong with it in the morning lol
Pretty simple actually, made a helix filament for the bulb and put a emissive material on it, then used a slightly higher refraction amount than normal glass as I wanted the reflection to catch, to add to this I also wanted to keep the light from going in and flying straight out the back so just made sure it was slightly thick. The bright colour just comes from the orange tint to the glass and the crazy amount of light bounces I had going on from a omni light next to the filament.
Rendered it in keyshot using plastic materials I had made in quixel suite and Photoshop.

Dayum, that model seriously pops! The materials on it are fantastic!
Learned a couple new tricks and decided to implement them in a scene, just need to dress the walls and crank the lighting quality up and I'm about done with it
