crazy stuff guys!:) Makes me so glad to see all the new awesomeness after a weekend without polycount.
Here's a character based on an old concept I made a month ago.
Lots of stuff left to do! I really wanna finish this one
Miche - I love that movie, you've definitely done it justice
Progress-
So ive done a bunch of work on the 200sx project this weekend, ive managed to build and bake out the GoPro camera and put it roughly into the scene (without any textures). Hopefully will be able to get stuck into the textures this week.
The mask and the head are the first thing's I've ever sculpted and completed. The feathers are images on planes. It's rendered in Cinema 4D very aggressively by me.
Man there's been some amazing stuff in here, it gets more and more intimidating everyday!
I'm trying to get into doing some realmans for my folio so I'm working on a Game of Thrones bust along with some other peoples. I don't like Xposting too much so sorry about that. But i thought i'd toss it in here just in case anyone was feeling feedbacky on how to make it better! Hopefully he's recognizable at all :poly122:

I've checked in on every iteration of your Silvia, and I want to say it's inspired me to start working on my own car project. You're doing fantastic work with it. I can't wait to see more.
Love checking out this thread every day, so much goodness. Putting the final touches on this guy tonight. I just wanted to do something clean and simple with some character to it.
Just finished up this character for a class, first game char! - just under 20k including props. There's a bit of a process in mah sketchbook thread ---> http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=115846 (also the concept is by RBranco)
scotthomer: Cheers bro, your latest stuff is killer ! Gratz on the bioshock scene too!
Shiv: Thanks! Glad you like it
Funky Bunnies: Sick bust! Love it! Maybe a bit more color variation in his skin? Around his eyes and such? Looks great.
Firstkeeper: So nice!! man!
Fomori: Thank you! Everything is painted in ZBrush, just added some blues to punch it out more and added 'snow' in PS.. Very simple color painting in ZBrush and then rendered with a weak AO. Attaching a flat color screenshot from ZBrush below..
Regarding your piece: I would say work on the folding of the cloth some more.. Try to make it look more naturally flowing with curves. Be careful with the folds in the crotch area. Check this reference. Sometimes fewer and cleaner lines is a good approach on suits. Also, folds depends on the type of material your going for too. Find similar references for the jacket too. Believe me, it's worth going over again! Good luck
Been experimenting with the cloth sim software Marvelous Designer 2. it takes a bit to get the hang of it, but being able to make your own patterns and simulate with such great fidelity (they have material presets! I don't have to guess anymore!).
Hope to do a real character with it eventually. It won't be easy!
Funky stuff with the boobs and the pocket, didn't stitch the quite right.
Hey all Im brand new to Polycount, ive lurked for a long while now, and realized I need to be posting for feedback.
Question- Why cant I create my own thread? do you need a certain post count or something?
Also here is what I am working on, I am planning on building a realistic character from the ground up. Bones > Muscles > Skin > Clothes
This is my start. Each day or so Ill be adding another form.

Imo the lower part/legs are maybe a biiit to much, but I really LOVE the overall shapes. That face... I love her. _Please_ keep the red/red-brown hair! ANd please make a 3D print and remember my birthday ^^
No, seriously, this is still one of my favs on this forum : )
Used Cinema 4D a few years back - just messed around really, didn't make anything much. Thought i'd give 3DS a go, so here's a bionic arm that i'm working on, using some Borderlands 2 concpet art for reference!
I was playing around with lighting this piece last night, and I came up with this. I'll set up another one so you can actually see the piece a little bit better, but I liked the colors, etc. This is from my Escape entry.
Haz.:
Not really feeling the Morrigan vibe from her, But I am sure you'll deliver.
Now I feel sorry for that other guy trying to make a name for himself that is also making her.
(Not that you two are the only one's to ever make fan art of her, just seems like bad timing I guess.) He mentioned you so maybe stop by the thread?

Let's try that one again. Added bolts, a crease for the lid, some highlights, top-down shading, color saturation, and assorted details and tweaking.
