I also made one of these a while back. I'd say you nailed the details.
But the grip should be more orangey/amber and I think the Steyr part on top is supposed to more shiny than the rest of the metal. But it's been a while since I looked at the origonal.
Just putting up a piece I started yesterday. I am digging it so far so I think I will continue with it. If anyone sees anything that looks off or has some suggestions, I am all ears!

This is a prop for a Platformer I am currently working on. The evil Villain will use the Cannon which will shoot out gold and obviously turn the player into a gold statue. Resulting in death.
Made a taser based on an old ns2 concept the other day.. This was a pretty fun exercise in high poly weapon modelling! All part of my new portfolio redesign.

so Im finishing on my first ever hardsurface/weapon model, and Im pretty happy with the outcome! got some minor tweaking left though! It landed on 5500 tris and 2k maps. all crits are welcome!
Gwad/poopinmymouth - I have the mesh and flats but they are truly terrible haha. Mostly wanted to paint and do something with a fast turnaround so I did a suuuper rough sculpt just to get the shapes, then auto-retopod and auto-uv'd in 3d Coat and started painting.
BitGem - Been loving all this pixel stuff!

BitGem, I've never been too fond of pixel art (in fact, it could be said that I hate pixel art), but dammit, I LOVE what you've done. Seriously, it's freaking awesome, man. 'Can't wait to see more.
