Now Im in the stage most of us like. Sculpting :) I will describe the process on how I get to final bust, also you can see the image process: 1. Using poligroups to separate body parts. Make the whole bust one single group and just split it 2. Finding the head shape/mood: When I see Twitch designs defo there is one word…
These are some WIP of a few projects I've been working on this semester. The gun is "finished" as in handed in etc, but I'm hoping to improve the texture, tweak the model/ add in the cartridge release hinge, rig it and create a scene around it this summer ( I'm thinking a desk, badge and cigarette in an ash tray etc) The…
Hello Poly Count, this is my first WIP thread here, long time lurk. I will post WIP's for a character called Reynard here. This character is from a collaborative art project I started up recently with some friends. We wrote a story with all of these characters to give us some context for creating artwork. We're taking a…
Hey guys, So I know there are already a few of these floating around, so I figured I would add mine to the fray. Here is a Eddie bust test I've done for a character position. Didn't end up getting the position, so just posting it here to pimp and get critiques on it. Looking at it now, I'm seeing that the head is seeming a…

Character is really not my favorite topic, but I wanted to get out of the comfort zone, so it will be a chara / env piece like a bust :) It's very rough for now, I did some blockouts, and spent like 5min on colors to get an idea of it.…

Graduation thesis and other stuff got in the way, not the best excuse but it's something, lol. So, here's me finally kicking procrastination out the window and putting together stuff to share with you people! Big…
Been doing some cartoon character busts heavily influenced by Leslie Van Den Broecks Disney sculpts. Goal was to practice a bunch of things with these; translating 2d to 3d, capturing stylized likeness, sculpting exaggerated features, quicker sculpting, etc. Been having a lot of fun with these so I'll probably keep doing…
Here's one of the modular walls for the hangar bay. I did a quick blockout of the scene i'll post up tomorrow, for tonight im just goign to try to bust out the lowpoly and unwrap. it's going to be a late night. The negative space between those beams is going to be rock, as the hangar bay is built into a mountain.
