I am trying to select a brush and it won't let me...how come? Another thing is when I pick a Texture package....and I see all the textures and try to select one, it selects a diffrent texture below the one I click...what the hell is going on? The only deformable surface technology I can think of in Unreal 3 only works with the Gears Of War 2 version of the UE3 engine. Unreal Tournament 3 does not support it. Basically I think you're using too old a version of the unreal engine.
