Not sure if this was posted, but this is AWESOME reference for modular environments. There's a LOT of images and instructions deep in here, be sure to look around (projects page) http://www.hirstarts.com/
Anyone have the link to that site with the side view photos of animals, mostly (or entirely?) cows and bulls? I remember it getting posted a couple of months ago.
IronHawk (Cheers, nice find) posted this in `what are you working on...` http://www.rockclimbing.com/
A lot of natural beauty photos in there, more for painter types than 3d.
Not many pics but it looks pretty awesome! How about a collection to buy Hawken some tickets so he can take some photos?
Oh yes, in case you need some more steam punk inspiration: concept art for Steam Wars, from the writer/director of The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra. Giant steam powered robots of war!
Haven't checked it out myself, but the blurb read:
We index images in the public domain or available for free usage under various forms of copyleft licensing.
Little over a year ago I was taking Life Drawing at school. Before each session we were given a bunch of handouts with some really good anatomy reference. Today I finally dug them out. Hopefully they'll be of some use around here.
Moved this thread into 2d/3d discussion since it fits better in here, and people who aren't logged in don't seem to be able to see the Archives sub-forum.
This might be a good place to start, Pior ... I changed the search results to display 100 results per page, in "HTML Portfolio" style... although quite a lot of the images aren't showing up for me at the moment, it was working fine the other day
I was wondering if anyone has an alternative link to the big resource of Marvel model sheets handy. I've done some searching but only seem to be able to find th eold link that is now out of order. I seem to remember someone hosting them at a different location, but I can't find them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Lots of modern warfare weapons, some of my favorites like the P90 isn't on there but a lot of other ones are...most of them ranging from WW2 to current.

Came across this - MASSIVE NFL Headshots. Although there's no side shot and some are smiling, the quality is unmatched.
Sweet arch shots for enviro guys.
