I've seen a lot of great stylized stuff from you on this thread, but last ones, where you are trying to do an stylized female face over a realistic body are not working well. I think you should go 100% stylized or 100% real. A cartoonish head over a regular body looks something fake to me.

Have been working on a new female basemesh and figured i should texture it while im at it. The mesh is far from done and so are the textures but i had some fun and tried some rendering in modo.. Also made some eyes
More War Hammer work ... I think I'm going too far, to be honest. I need to finish up and see if I can get this into a low poly suit. Not thrilled with the handle wrap either. Might have to redo that again in a different way.
Deepen the lines on his forehead. Push the wrinkles/lines to bring out the form of his face. The resemblance is there, just keep working on it. I'd also widen his nose a bit.
RockSPb- Nice looking model. I still think you need to do a dirt pass, mainly on the tires and the underside of the model. You might also play with varying the spec maps some.
