holy balls codefather, awesome awesome awesome. those are 3d with paints on top yeh?
Thank you ! Yes, I made a speedsculpt for the werewolves that served as a base and overpainted it to get those variants. The vampire is almost only 2d with the exception of few overlays from renders of the speedsculpt.
Got an intern-ship interview at the end of the month so decided to do a new portfolio piece with enviroment art and realism, two things I dont practice enough. Here be a scuplt I've started for the scene

C&C welcome
I would go higher in subdivision first thing -> save a morph target -> give it some damage like you have -> bring the edges of the damage back with the morph brush set to splatter.
Check out my tutorial I did a while back. Look at the highpoly part. It's pretty much the same thing but without wrapMode..
Well started playing with fibermesh in zb4r3. Still wrapping my head around it. Initially I tried to make the eyelashes with it, but ended up just making it with an extracted mesh and the snake hook brush. They still need a lot of love.
The eyebrows are done with fibermesh. This is attempt 5...or maybe 50. I've lost track. They also need work, but putting the current progress up to help keep myself motivated.
Ork Bommer Side Project i'm working on right now, Only the difuse is active right now. Hand Painted textures, no normals, spec and gloss to be added when I finish the difuse.
I'm going to start doing little 1-2 day props to get better at texturing. Today I started off with a Japanese postbox. It took 11-12 hours from start to finish, with the texturing phase taking somewhere around 4-5 hours. It's still pretty lame looking, but I'm learning. 1060 tris.
Cross Post: Here is the finished texture for the black guy. Was alot of fun to do and hopefully ill have the video up by tommorow so you guys can check it out It was completely hand painted and made without using layers. Hope you like it.
The pouch looks amazing man. I guess you used an alpha in Zbrush for the pattern, what did your alpha look like for that? Did you make a base mesh before hand and how did that look? I'm sculpting something similar myself soon so just wondering.
Going to be teaching a workshop at my old college in about a months time. Going to be going over the use of trim textures and modularity to create environments. Just creating the tiling textures I will be using to make the envio.

Still has a long way to go, but I'm pretty happy so far!

Totally worth a bump, really like how you handled the variation of height brings it to a whole new lvel of creepiness !
I'll finish the textures and proper spec map this weekend! Been a really fun character to work on.
Looking good Graze
I really like how your girl is coming along PDC - her face reminds me a little of Malin Ackerman.
Here's my latest for the Arena Net Art Test, Crit/Suggestions on spicing up the textures are welcomed.
