Sigh, working on this head again, after not looking at it for a couple of week's ive decided i'm really not happy with the final render. Rerendering and re working most parts. Got some proper reflections going on in the eyes now which i'm pleased with. Heres a nice desaturated emo shot to hide the wip bits
quick lip sync i put together for a job app. mainly im a 2D concept arts/ 3d texture modeler, but i wanted to show them i can animate as well...
naturally i didnt get the job. fml
Worked up these sprites for the Health Game Challenge last weekend. Pumped all of these out as well as the main character in one day. Wish there was more time. Had 4 times as many pieces of food I wanted to get in there.
Swizzle: Yeah, totally recognizable as Edward James Olmos. There's something off that I cant place, but it'll probably look a lot better textured. Try to do him without frowny brows tho maybe? Thats been my recent self-challenge. Less frowny, more neutral faces.
Speaking of frowny faces!
Still plugging away at this guy.
He'll have finished eyeballs tonight, and hopefully a hairstyle that took more than 60 seconds.
Hello everyone my name is Truc Pham and I'm new to this forum. I'm looking forward on seeing everyones stuff as well as posting some of my work that I have done.
Thanks for the positive feedback Slipstream and HonkyPunch
Also, I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips on sculpting hair using MudBox. Is it better to bring in a separate model for the hair or should I just sculpt it on directly?

My draughtsmanship leaves a lot to be desired, but was just playing with mixing things up from a limited palette.

Needs work on grip, magazine area, magazine, and lettering details.
