Quickish sunday sci-fi shotgun blockout, will finish up the high poly today/tonight, planning on fully animating this with a viewscreen, particles and sound effects later.

1940's style European building with a cafe on the bottom. Still have to do some small props for the sidewalk. I'll be doing two versions, before and after the war. I'm taking reference from a WW2 table top game model.

the hair should be going to the back side of his forearm, not the contours of his muscles. If you want to subtilely define the underlying muscles, that's awesome, but the hair shouldn't follow those.... gravity and all that... flow the hair sculpt to the back side of the forearm... not the front.
7 days in udk for an LD test (all ut3 demo assets). worth it to get a jumpstart with the toolset, i am in love, though i wish i'd had the time to do some textures. demo assets didnt give me much to work with in this scenario

So I'm a total handpainting junkie these days and I'm loving it. This is my second handpainted piece evahr so I still have a long way to go in quality and speed
It's part of a scene I'm working on in UDK. The spec and normal is more apparent there.
Some minor update on the bust. Starting to put things into Maya for rendering. Still got all the texturing, materials, lights and whatnot to do but things are progressing.
