Personal trainer gets fat on purpose to prove he can get fit again. Weekly updates with photos could be used as reference for fit/fat/in between body types.
Hi, anyone have refs of modern day weaponry? it may be me being a nOOb but it looks like Pixagogo is closing down so i was wondering if anyone knew a website that had similar or as many reference as deicidenbf had in his Pixagogo account?? thanks!
Hey guys i have DeicideNBF new location where he stored all his images... don't know if you guys already know but HERE is the link Enjoy! oh and all the files are in .zip so you will need to download all the reference images...
Hey iam working on a female base mesh but iam having such a hard time finding 2 neutral Pics of a woman that have an atleast somewhat resembling facial structure. Have had a set of a woman but there was no neutral side picture and it's rather frustrating. I mean if it's not 100% thats ok, can fix that in PS but changing the whole structure of a face is pushing it a bit.
Outside of pics taken expressly for reference, perfect side photos ARE hard to find.
Easiest fix is to take your own photos of a volunteer.
Short of that, try getting a good side ref (with a face shape you like) of someone else and tracing it in vector program like illustrator or inkscape and then tweak the vertical position of the points in your trace to better match the front profile (while still retaining the forward backwards proportions in the side profile).
If you're going for a photorealistic likeness of someone specific, you're in for a rougher time.
Hey guys, I know this is a bit of a strange request, but does anyone have a website that has good violin pictures. Preferably a couple of orthographic views as well... Thanks!
I don't know what models these are, but here's a good one I found about 10 minutes after asking :P
Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew of a site that referenced martial weapons over human history, featuring all different cultures and time periods.
The closest thing I've been able to find are the 3d.sk photo sets (Which aren't free and seem to be somewhat limited to Medieval periods) and the occasional Google image.

Ideally the website would be extremely similar to this book Weapon: A Visual History of Arms and Armor. I flipped through it at the local B&N after I couldn't find much online and it seemed to fit the bill perfectly, so I may just snag that if there isn't some other amazing site that I'm just missing.
Thanks

But you'll have to do your own digging. Oh and as an auction site, content is cycled out, so save what you want, and then some.

Very cool website, thanks a bunch for sharing. Shame that I can't read German but the catalogs are full of great images, and the ones on the site seem to be of a decent resolution. Definitely going to dig through the site
Not sure if this has been posted yet, but just in case it hasn't, it's a great website chocked full of hi res walk arounds of military vehicles of all eras.
Massive collection of artwork from musuems across the world. No way to save but good ole printscreen and manual compositioning, but definitely worth the effort.
Just PM me your email address (never shared, for password recovery) and the name you want to use (real name in FirstnameLastname format, or your Forum name).

Good idea! I can set you up with a Wiki editing account, if you're willing to organize them. We could use your help!
