hi everyone, this is my first time i post something here, i just finished my exam 3D. we had to make a high poly car. the model was modeled in 3ds max, en rendered with mental ray with only mentalray materials (mostly arch and design.
Printed by a local 3D printing service(and pretty cheap compared to shapeways etc) Its far from perfect (some details where been destroyed on the process) but its pretty cool anyways
He is around 3cm (a bit more than an inch), the "heroic" wargaming scale..
The new Jurassic Park and teaser for pixars next film had me in the mood for making a Dinosaur today. So I sculpted a Velociraptor in Mudbox, hopefully ill be able to import it into maya at some point and make a low poly version suitable for rigging.
I am brand spanking new here. This a scene I've based lightly off the Metro series. I haven't been 3D modeling very long (roughly a year), and I've only been using Unreal 4 for about a few weeks. This is about 5 to 6 hours of work, and it's still a work in progress.
Another Fractured Space thing, polished up my USR "Disruptor" with decals, new textures and small spotlight shapes as well as other minor aesthetic improvements. Concept by Ben Last with some adjustments.

Last 4-5 months I have been specialising myself in vehicle concepting/design. ZBrush, Keyshot, Photoshop. These are the final images. Feedback is welcome over here: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2309893#post2309893
I retextured one of my old characters for texturing class, my goal was to learn more about pbr texturing and here is the result.
