it's been a very long time since I've on here so I thought I would share some WIP's of my Deadpool Venom Crossover. It started as part of Comicon 2015 but work got crazy so i had now time to finish it. Let me know what you think
Hi! I've been working on my first environmental scene over last weeks and here it is. I used 3ds max and the work is based on the Sabine Rich's concept.
It still needs a lot of work, materials and the background look a bit poor but I'm kind of happy. I guess I'll finish it soon, right now I'm working on my first low poly character:)

The paint I made that'll go on top of our Pajama Llama site, featuring a village of our townbuilder 'Flotsam'. It'll have a parallax effect on the site.
I'll probably be busy with modeling all these new building designs, in the style of the house I showed in my last post

Yeah the new model kind of a has a older wiser look. Your first model has this badass, thug like quality going on. They both look great it's more about the look and the character your presenting now
Dunc, why not make both of them? i like version 1 if i had to pick one.

I think the Al could get more love? The chest strap, maybe the outer lines can be darkened (darker color) same for the back of the waist belt, front straps of the belt, and that leg strap. The metal legging (all metal) parts could get some value variation such as damage of scrapping at the tips of the blades.
I'd imagine he'd have a tough time raising his feet, even after "training" (walking) with them for any amount of time.
Glad you are tweaking it still just pointing some options out while you do that, also some wood wear and discoloration would be cool.
using substance painter for the first time ever. Incredibly powerful tool, can see myself using it for a lot of stuff in future.

work in progress, but im liking where its at at the minute. any crits are appreciated.
theres a few baking errors, but nothing too major hopefully.
