I completely revamped the character design of the starting character for my game project. I like this much better, and Im pretty proud of myself. Definitely feels like I gained a few levels with this piece.
KyleJensen- Looks great! Love low poly!
HOT DAAAAMN ! Directly to references folder ! Would ike to model her one day
I started some studies on things I struggle with (head and general anatomy), so I started with the skull, I'm aiming more a good shape and getting the essential forms in place.
I decided to pick up zbrushing after a break from 3d. Inspired by "a i r" on ZbrushCentral, I also used his alphas, they are quite amazing. So many thanks to him!
Hi everyone!
I am a game art student. Recently started working with 3D applications but have some professional experience in 2D art.
I really admire the amount of talent the forum has and hope to get feedback from people to improve my modelling.
Here, I'm posting a personal project that I'm working on currently. Trying to achieve likeness of an actor. Need your feedback to improve the likeness.. can you guess who he is??
Hello!
Modeled Nonon Jakuzure for a 3D anime contest. First time entering anything so I'm pretty nervous! I had an absolute blast working on her and can't wait to make more cute anime girls
Currently this is the highpoly but for now I think I'm putting this to the side.
Hopefully working on some in-game females up next!
Another shot of my Rex I've been working on during lunchtimes. Added some quick polypaint colour for a bit of flavor. A few proportional tweaks and digit detailing along with final texture and pose to be done.

Your T-Rex seems to be too front heavy in my eyes. I would guess the center of mass is somewhere just in front of the thigh on the torso, while the feet are well behind that. To me it looks like it would fall over any second! I think a longer tail would be needed to balance out the heavy head/torso and maybe move the feet a little bit more forward
Here is this dude I've been working on for about 4 weeks now.
He is not ready. The textures are very clean at the moment so I'll come back later and add another layer to them and also try to help some with the material definition.
The whole concept is inspired by Assassin's Creed Black Flag and certain characters from the game (and real history in the same time).
Here is also a shameless plug to my Sketchbook where you can find more WIP pictures http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=128554
Hah nice DanMihaila
Doing some Ubisoft fan art as well: Splinter cell Blacklist, but in Splinter cell Conviction style (Saturated)
Previewed in Marmoset Basic Spec/Gloss - Normal and Diffuse
WIPS - Character is not mine.

*snip*
Great details! The balance is off though.. Found him like this
sltrOlsson, TheQiwiMan you bastards haha, loving the gif That's one way to get your feedback across :P
Yeah I've already made the body larger, realigned the legs and lengthened the tail, I don't think it will fall over now :P Good job I didn't get it printed in that form otherwise I'd need a prop to keep it stud up eh? xD
Lol, that T-Rex tipping over animation is great. I second what people are saying bout it though, I thought that the T-rex's tail was a lot bigger and was used for balance.
I feel like it's feet should be shifted more forward, but maybe i'm wrong. So funny though, cause it really is a wonderful sculpt Optinium! Keep at it, cause the poor guy can't even push himself up with them baby arms.
been turning my redbull fridge into a fallout nuka quantum fridge, bit more texturing and I should be done tomorrow, 830 polys at count.
the grill is quite interesting I modeled the rim with a small ammount of polys so it had some thickness to it from the side then opacity alphaed the inner grill bit and normal maps, think that turned out well.

And the pickupTruck for the scene:
And one of the props:
Needs some cleanup but it's half decent, took me a couple hours this evening, in marmoset 2.
Sorry about the green skin, just wanted to throw focus to the hair.
Oh yes and sorry about the duplicated layering thing, I know it looks funny. I will take the time to layer it all out properly.
