I plan on doing two different low-poly models. One with mobile specs (Actually, diffuse only), and one with modern Physically-Based specs. Should be an interesting experiment!
Here's a presentation shot of a Poison redesign (Final Fight, Street Fighter) that I did a while back. Maya viewport with Xoliu shader, 2944 tris. I dug it up since the hype-o-meter is starting to rise for Ultra Street Fighter IV
Also, second player costume (stars-and-stripes leggings for maximum cheesiness)

That looks nice Only thing I'd tweak is the size of your stars and perhaps not make them blurry?

she has such a tiny head :O it's one of the main things jumping out at me and her body seems alright and also the fingers seem flat
