Nice start to the page Fozworth! That reaper looks sweet. Is that realtime?
Taking a small break from busts to do some more on this tonight (tbh I'm having to much fun ). Still super early, any feedback, crits or suggestions welcome I'm thinking big raptor claws for the large hands but digits for the small ones so he can carry a gun >:D
Wow! So much great work going on here! Here's an image I did recently. I was looking at my wholed socks and I thought that there must be some kind of a creature with one tooth that was eating it because it needed to rebuild its stuffing... Well! There it is!
Scythe: Nice job dude, you really stepped it up lately.
Wtsup once again,
I Took some time off from my larger projects to clear my head a bit.
Resulted in some head studies.
Coincidence?
First time sculpting a female tho
been working on this here and there, because the world really needs more giant elf tits (I blame Scythe for making me want to practice posed sculpting again).
@marie, its getting there, stylized faces are extremely difficult to do. I'm not an expert with it so I can't give too many crits, but I'm thinking her jaw could use a touch more of a "corner" before going into the chin forms. Also, her nose could be wider, and have softer plane transitions. For this anime style the nose bridge almost disappears into the cheeks and scoops very gently into the glabella.
This scene is nearing completion now..just lots of minor tweaks and adjustments and additions..Was initially using UDK but switched over to CE3 also.
looking nice - one of the bell has no chain
The lightning could be better - overall it feels a bit noisy and
you cant feel the fire. The scene ist very interesting - i wonder how
it looks by dawn or night - when the fire ist brighter and a moon rises above the tree ?!
The bricks before the bridge have a "clean" cut - i assume that there the same mesh - maybe you could break them up a bit better.
The leaves looking very flat atm.
The balks in the front looking very flat too - do you made a specular for them aswell ?
What about some little stones aside from the big rock ?
Hope it helps - overall a nice scene
Little study scene. Textures on the cart is really basic right now, and I need to do another pass on the tiles and marble chucks. Any comments welcome.
nice marble bardler, you should put an indent in them so they are like giant pool cue chalks I like the wood aswell, but feel it coudnt use a bit more grain ao detail or a darker colour.

I would suggest you either drop the opened missile pods or add some minor details on the inside of the hatch. The way it is now its not that appealing in that area.
Besides that I really love your work on this project. For presentation I think you should watch out with the pedestal to not take attention away from the main asset. You often see pedestals that rather hurt the presentation of an asset than improving it. For such a complex asset a very minimalistic pedestal might be a good choice.
Good start _Kratos_, I think the chin and lips are too masculine though. Along with the brows and how indented the eyes are.
Hey man, thanks for taking the time on comment...yeah you are right Ill try to change it a little bit to get more female proportions...it's my first female sketch, so it's kinda hard for me to get the shapes...

managed to get my vintage camera into toolbag 2 from substance designer. still working on getting the lighting and contrast right. 5833 triangles and 2048x2048 pbr maps
That looks like it's coming along really well, I really like the contrast between the organic and the hard-surface pieces. What tools have you been using to keep the armor bits so perfect?

That's awesome; I love the tasset pieces.
Its great if you put [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0lm58cet1g"]Bee Gees - You Should Be Dancing - Saturday Night Fever - YouTube[/ame] on in the background and then watch the gif
Scythe- Pretty nice face. The female face is something I need to try really soon.
I don't know if making your own little logo for it is cool or not :poly142:

I made a rock sculpt, took me around 4~5 hours overall.
I found a really awesome way to make it with the Planar tool in zbrush.

Thanks, seriously!
Diner project prepared for my portfolio. Hopefully find a nice studio somewhere to call home, finally!
If I can get the characters I planned for this scene up to the same level, that would be awesome

Its about toys who have evolved and are planning on taking over the world, only you and your companion can stop them.

zbrush fun
That looks exactly like my grandfathers pug - wong!
Still plinking away at my Krogan sculpt.
This is just too good, I had to quote it again. I love it!
Did I win 3D yet?
AMAZING!
You won internet!
I think your specular/gloss on your highpoly is probably closer to what you want. The low poly texture is not quite leathery enough.
Awesome sculpt though!
looks great. love to see you break this down if you get a chance.
