We also have created a page of the game on IndieDB where we will publish news about the game; you can see it here. Any help to spread the project is really appreciated and as always crits and comments are welcome
Love his mouth area akacg, he looks perfectly daft!
It's about to get cheesy here:
The grapes suffered a lot when I had to soften some terrible subsurface scattering noise on them after rendering, I'm tempted to re-render that area again later. :poly116:
With the release of the Remastered version of The Last of Us, I just decided to go back on this old piece of mine, Just for a little while and have some fun
It was also made for the T-shirt contest to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Naughty dog.
You can learn more on my thread along with couple of other screenshot
Working on a 68' charger ratrod for a personal UE4 animation project. I'll dent it up and rust it out a bit when I finish the clean version. Today I'll be doing the engine compartment.
Nature in Finland is awesome so I wanted to make a piece of it so I can chill there when the winter comes and trust me itยดs coming About 200k and rendering in Marmoset TB2. I used about 10h for this one so there are some bugs and stuff.
Wanted to share you my last personal modeling fan arts.
Inspired on:
1.- God of Wars weapon concept art
2.- Star Wars - The Old Republic - weapon concept art
3.- Exteel NCSoft Corporation concept art.
Did this lowpoly rifle model a few months ago. I did a quick texture in mari but I need to refine some areas. The material definition is not so good at the moment.
TerrabiteI love the work you guys are doing on Bubble Busters!
Nice one Afisher! Ace polypainting
Cool aqua chick Pyapor.
Man Ysalex you achieved such good anatomical sculpts without knowing how to draw, that's kickass. I'm sure you'll get the hang of it once your used to the medium since it's all the same principles figure wise atleast.
That's so cute Stevston89
Perfect bake as usual Quack!
SO I've almost completely wondered away from Petrol/Blood. I have a certain someones anatomical videos to thank for that. But it's worth it imo.
It's still very wip, but I figured my waywo 2 gen discussion post ratio is way off lately haha.
One of these days I'm gonna not hate sculpting hands... :whyme:
Always so much insanely good stuff in here, wow! I'm so intimidated..:(
I don't really come here much lately as I stay locked up in the dota 2 subforum, but I thought I'd drop by to share something I'm currently working on, as well as mention that I'm streaming now pretty regularly as I work, if anyone is interested in seeing dota 2 art creation (can be viewed here: http://www.twitch.tv/bounchfx). that's all!
bounchfx: Oh wow! That's gorgeous! I think the mane would look better with more curves, rather than a lot of them being so straight, but man, looking good!
the moik: Cool, man! Looks like you've observed how when the arm lifts, the ribs and seratus muscles become a lot more visible. Thing is, it's not that they stick out (which is what I see in your sculpt there), so much as the skin itself being pulled taught around it. I'd suggest you try to distinguish in your sculpt which bits are bone, which bits are muscle, which bits are fat, and to treat their surfaces differently. Otherwise, if everything looks kind of soft, it starts to look a bit lumpy. I hope that helps!
TomDelboo: Love the planar style! Really feel for the poor guy.

Still super wip, especially the back and legs, but some stuff done off of the Diablo 3 concept art:
My first time posting in a long while, though I lurk a lot. So, uh, hi!

Lazy screencap of my current doodle project.
Mashing out the hard surface before i kitbash in on the plain areas. Then onto organics ;'x
So many pivot points to animate when i get to low poly, rough est is 5 per cannon for the weight bounce haha.

Thought a torso study would make a nice change from head sculpts.
Critique would be appreciated, thanks

I really love the capability of 3dCoat. Quite the strong feature set.
