Well, I never wanted to post anything because you guys are incredible. But you have to start somewhere I guess...
This is an environment I did for a class, it's my second environment in UDK and was based off a really neat concept. It had to be completed in two-weeks, so I had a lot to skimp and rush through -- but I felt it came out well.
I finished up the textures, but since I took a break for a couple days there are a couple of things I think I need to fix, at least on the impressionistic one.
Hi, first proper post It appears I lack the rights to start a new thread so I am posthing here.
Still a beginner in 3Ds Max I decided to try model something more advanced than a toilet house and a flak gun, a Yak 3. I am hoping you guys can give me some advice on how to best create the air intakes on the leading edge/wingroot that will require the least ammount of manual vertex manipulation.
Still far from finished apart from the air intake, but it is sort of causing a blockade for me to continue with the model :poly141:

This reminds me of Chrono Cross for some reason...so awesome!

shotgun: That texture is awesome! Reminds me of wolfenstein!
Copletaf: Holy mackeral that's a sick ass gun. Can't wait to see the game-ready version. Just a question, did you use noisemaker to get those patterns on there seamlessly?
Finally finished my personal project. Feel free to take a look!

I dunno if im just being stupid here but can anyone tell me how to attach an image in this thread? I clicked "post reply" but I couldn't find anywhere where I could attach images.
