Took just over 3 weeks in spare time after work and weekends. Its based on a concept by Razorb so big thanks to him and also a big thanks for all the help he gave me during the process!
Decided to try something a little different and have a rain and snow version - hope you like
Almost done with it.. gonna add a base and render it with marmoset, hopefully tomorrow. Was supposed to be for the artbypapercut competition, but missed that deadline by a mile.
I am working on a new 3D Environment. All modeling done by me and based on a concept by Mitchell Mohrhauser. Mitchell has given me permission to use the concept. I have most of the modeling done. I want to go back and reduce the poly count on the pipes and do a little model cleanup before moving on to unwrapping etc.
The concept only shows one angle, but I wanted to complete the whole room based around the concept, so that I will be able to so multiple angles when done. So far the hi poly models of the ceiling and door have been done, but there are still some hi poly models that need to be made to build normal maps off of.
I will post more images as I go along. Feel free to comment, critique...:)

Seems like you need to flip the green channel on the normals.
There is just too much good stuff in this thread, always good to have your pride kicked in the balls and humbled a bit. here is what I am working on at the moment, started my low poly of my Cleopatra model. And it wouldn't be a proper post if it wasn't cross posted. http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=115194
I like the painting on the legs, I wish that it would come through more on the arms as well.
The silhouette is uncannily similar to Grand Empress Shek'zeer from the Heart of Fear raid in WoW. Perhaps you should push your design a significant distance farther than how it is now.

Heh, no problem:) I wanted to make it look more like mantis, and I didn't want to make it look like Shek'zeer
