I'm working on a ninja turtle model.
I have been making him some teeth, not really sure if I'm doing it good but you live & learn.
Looks good. Just a quick question with the teeth. the model you are doing looks familiar to the turtles in the original movies. IMO there are too many teeth. I think it may look a bit better if the teeth were a bit bigger.
We are working on a comic inspired JRPG. Trying to mash the old school Japanese style of common JRPG's with a (Disney) comic cartoon style.
Any ideas on how to improve this look is welcome Or if you are interested in creating a character, let us know and we will send you a 2D character you can convert for the 3D game!
Little wall section I threw together to practice texturing without being too reliant on dDo as well as regular hand painted texturing. I think it looks pretty good.
Holysmoke Crazyfool, Sweet. The hair tho, it's alot lower quality than the rest of the piece, I mean I know his hair is styled like that but the tips look really blobby and the strand lines seem like a rope material. Not that I'd recommend fibermesh lol terrible control brushes but hairfarm's pretty good.
Kickass creasework
Yikes Guedin... Beastly 0_0; I may quit 3d at this rate lol.
What a cutiepie Makkon *^*, she looks alot taller and more slender than the concept, I kinda liked the shorter curvier proportions But either way it's cool
I've been derping around roughing up the shirt, lol overkill?
Baj - that lil dudes so awesome haha
afisher - soooo goood keep expecting him to talk!!!
Guedin - That render makes me want to eat my own face haha,
mask_salesman - cheers man, Im trying to keep it full meshes as I was thinking of getting it printed, Ive got the anistropic highlights working now though which help a bit. sweet shirt BTW
Makkon - really lovely, love the hair so far
FAT_CAP - thanks Sam, heres the linkage
had some great feedback from peeps and had one of those 'should of slept on it' moments haha. heres the latest render with reworked lighting, textures and shaders etc.
I've just started learning Zbrush and Maya over the past few months, These are the first 2 models that I've worked on although with both I kinda hit a brick wall in knowing how to finish them.
Both of these where done with me just messing around in Zbrush over the space of a few days.
Any pointers on how to improve or even someone who is willing to mentor me would be great.
So I've been making hats for the latest Worms game. Been a good way to understand the minimal basics of Mudbox, xNormal, and normal baking. And, ya know, just generally making stuff for an actual game.

I just finished a tshirt design for a local motorcycle shop looking to promote it's selection of Vespas.
