Abstractnayas //Honestly I was a bit scared to click on your link, since the image was not directly in your post. But I was surprised! Good job on the car, it looks great ^^
GovtWork - This is great, wanna see more! ichidan - thats an awesome Fiona, you really captured the character spot on :]
Still carrying on with this study, been hitting the anatomy books but finding it really tough. If anyone sees any area in particular that looks weird please let me know, I've looked at this too much haha. [sorry for posting boring men in underpants among all this interesting work!]
pradeepkhudia: Awesome! I don't know how I feel about the bump detail on the skin though.
future-fiction: Very nice anatomy study, the subtle work on the back especially. His arms and neck are a little funny looking. His body fat distribution varies throughout his body too. He needs to hit more shoulders and legs and less chest and back @ the gym heh. But seriously a good book for anatomy is Constructive Anatomy by George B. Bridgman, one of my favorites
Hey this is my first post on polycount, id like to say amazing work I have been browsing the forum. This is a model I am working on it is the rapper Tupac Amuru Shakur This head is 8,910 polys. Texture is 1024/1024
the low poly was made in maya, sculpted the whole model
naked in zbrush, then I send it to MD for the cloth simulation,
then sendit back to maya, for the bullet belt and zipper ive used
dupAlongPath script, to place the buttons ive used spPaint3d, the
shoes were sculpted in zbrush, then retopologized in maya, the hair
was made from curves and paint effects.
no, actually they are shoes, when I was desining the model
i thought about boots, also the model was going to have a
skirt and cotton Tights, but it didn't look good in the model.
The studio I`m freelancing for started a showcase of the title in works...
My modest contribution is the sky cube texture you see there. All hand painted. Super hard (as I`m not that experienced), but so, so rewarding seeing it in action like this.
I did a little more work on the diorama, Im planning on finishing it off this weekend. Cross posted from my thread with a full list of the fixes and changes im planning on doing this weekend.
And ive made more progress on the Diner diorama, the jukebox highpoly is almost done and awaiting some zbrush loving this weekend also.
Hi guys, I've decided lately that night sleeping is for little girls, so I prepared a lot of coffee and Ii decided to pack up a steampunk environment in UDK.
This is a WIP, feel free (enforced) to critic and comment!

Totally see this being used in real life, just use it like a stapler for close combat, boom one to the head. Hella creative very nice work.:)
in fact if you were to redesign the handle to split in two rather than trigger / trigger guard (basically like a hand help stapler) then as you punched and your hand impacted it would automatically fire
This is the first time I've ever made a model bigger than 2k tris, and pretty much the first time I've sculpted. Some nasty seam issues and the texture is placeholder, but a really fun learning experience!
Very very nice! The end result and bake came out flawless I'd say. I really like the consistent color palette in the dif map.
Can we see the wires on the LP?

Thanks, man. Hopefully low poly and texturing won't take too much time to make

I have a couple of small clean up things to do, but it's basically done at this point.
First Turret: Gunner
The image is an ultra close-up render. The turret will be much smaller in-game.
Feel free to leave feedback!
Amasing work!
