Forgive the horrible image quality, 3ds is my only real camera at the moment. This is my first attempt at the papercraft head, I don't think it turned out too bad considering I was using normal printer paper for this test. Next one will be cardstock and the pieces of the face will be attached via a magnetic sheet glued to the inside of the face area. Also I will make switch the guidelines from black to a different tone of the color that the lines are laying on so they should be less obvious for the next go.

Been doing some Mudbox/nDo2 sculpting and texturing. Put some assets together into a little prop. Might have gone a little OTT with PP effects in Marmoset.

This is very, very cool. I love how you can instantly get a 'mood' from this, and then you're left guessing which era it's possibly from, and you can't really nail what it reminds you of. Good job dude.

Think i've finished the blockout, corrected the squareness of the profile (somewhat) and i'm ready to do a detail pass.
I'll be modeling the throne room and the inside areas separately since the block out has already reached 220k poly's. So much to do before the 20th haha!
Are these images too white? I think my gamma might be messed up. The materials are blinns with a standard 220 AO/Diff.
Haven't spent much time for 3d lately, so I decided to post something as motivation to do something new ^^ This is the trailer for our studio's old project which codename is G5, we tried to create a game like Hawken and yeah, this's just an early prototype version but since the project cancelled, we decided to create this small trailer as a tribute. I'm in charge for the environment stuff. CnC are highly welcome man!
I've finished uni for the moment so it gives me time to get back to my weapon set I'm planning for Torchlight 2. I'm currently working on a Dwarven 2-Handed Hammer. What do you guys think? I'm feeling a little stuck and get frustrated with the texturing, trying to get the art style right. Any pointers? =]
