From time to time I try to check out other 3D software to see how the market is going. This morning I stumbled on DAZ3D, and because of Google's magic tracking cookies...now my Facebook feeds are festooned with ads for.."3D models." So, what the hell, huh? Who actually uses this stuff. What's it for? How do they make…
I have debated placing this project request on this website since because my project is so minor and everyone's talent here is so top tier, but the interest my project is getting on other sites is from artists who have no 3D sculpting examples in their portfolios... so I'm concerned. As a personal project, I want to 3D…
Important Note: This is an alternative version of this freelance request, phrased very differently. Our goal is the same. Currently we have character models that will work, but they are too high poly for use in our game. Only one of these two jobs will be funded. Brief Description We’re planning to use some character…

There are things that can assist you. The wiki has everything you need, and a whole lot more: wiki. I put some stuff below that might help. Some of these points dont relate directly to your work above but are general to keep in mind. 1/ Anatomy: That is really the first thing with figures. A good practice is to start your…
Looks good! Seems you are still kinda new at this so maybe a good idea to include the legs so you can work on the whole figure. Your anatomy is a bit off particularly the upper arms. You can use image reference but also a free app like Daz3D to see how the body looks from different angles. Really worth getting the figure…
For reference try Daz3D. Its free to download and use. Its useful to have on a monitor next to your workspace. You can even load a dev model that has no body textures to help with defining the form. Daz3D is a terrific way to start.
