Hello, I've recently been trying to incorporate ZBrush into my workflow and I started by creating a Sig Sauer SP2022 9x19mm handgun. Most of the shapes are easy for me to create by using live booleans, but there are some parts that seem difficult to create this way. The slide base and lower receiver are all simple low-poly…
Greetings everyone. I'm doing this method to get tiling while sculpting:Turn on WrapMode for each brush and sculpt. The green polygroup will be the result, a square texture. Anyway...when I sculpt using different brushes in the end I have blobby and curved wireframe so it makes me hard to bake texture from the green PG.…
I switch between the mouse and a Wacom tablet whenever I'm doing 3d. If I'm sculpting in Zbrush then of course I'll be using the tablet 100% of the time. But when I'm in 3ds Max I often use the tablet but will sometimes switch back to the mouse if I need to do precise clicking. Same when I'm in Topogun retopologizing.

good start, are you using a Tablet or regular mouse? try drawing some little details to use them as reference and then Sculpt the shape out of it, the best way to learn Sculpting workflow is to watch other people sculpting videos.
Hello, I am a new user and this is my first post. I am still a complete beginner in sculpture. I have only been sculpting for 2 months. I already modeled a body and now I'm trying to sculpt a female head in Zbrush. I got to this level by watching a lot of tutorials and material references, but now I've reached a point…
Hello, we are a small family run miniatures company that need an artist that can sculpt styled props and tilesets. Artist must be able to sculpt in a very stylized manner very much like World of Warcraft and be able to work at a fairly decent rate. We have a Kickstarter going LIVE in a few weeks and need various props…
Hello :) I am pretty new to this forum, and I have some questions about character modeling. Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. I have no experience in sculpting programs. I don't own Zbrush, and have no way of getting it. I do have Mudbox, but I haven't learned how to use it. It seems kinda…
