She definitely looks of African descent, but there's a lot of anatomical errors. Specifically, areas like the ear and the sides of the mouth.
I think you have made some progress from your previous headbusts, Legion, but there's definitely room for refinement in this Blender sculpt.
Do you have ZBrush?
