okay so from what i've read specular maps in tf2 are contained in the alpha layer of the diffuse map, so i have set it up just that way.. then in the .vmt it should say "$basemapalphaphongmask 1" somewhere if i am not mistaken.. im obviously doing something wrong because its not working.. anybody got a solution? anyone..
