Request for a TF2 hat

Hello, I'm an owner of a Team fortress 2 server. We're a small community, based around gathering people from Serbia who like to play this game. What I'm looking for is a model of Serbian national hat Shajkaca to use on our server. As you can see it's a very basic hat, but my modeling skills are near to none so I'm looking for help. Of course, all credit will go to the maker of the model, and also the model won't be distributed anywhere (without approval of the author).

If someone's willing to help, I'll gladly provide him with additional photos of the hat.
