Is there any way to generate object space normals with NDO? If not, is it possible to composite the normals from NDO into an object space bake from the low-poly to create an object-space version?

Hi everyone, It must be so simple, however i can't figure out how to render a smooth opacity fade. I only found translucency to do it, but it doesn't render fully opaque where i would like to and seems unlit. In my case it's for dense dust in the corners of a window. How should i make it ? I've been trying to figure this out for some time. Is it possible to swtich from DDO to NDO and then back to DDO seemlessly? seems like the moment I switch to NDO and start editing the normal map, it destroys my DDO project. Anyone have some insights?
