How are you linking the hair object to the controller object? Direct transform connections, expressions, constraints, or something else? Is the hair object a child of another object that is not aligned to world space?
I need normals of border vertices on object A to match normals of vertices in same coordinates of object B, basically to fix the seam without affecting object B. Tried noors normal thief and it does almost that, except there is still a small split that prevents smooth shading. Interestingly enough is that in-house tool…
Hello, I was making an object by starting it with 2 different objects and my plan was to join them together in the end. So I did all the modelling and then I uv-unwrapped them while they were still 2 single objects. In the end I wanted to join them together as a single one, so they keep the unwrapping but sharing the same…
yep. to add.. Behaviour appears to change in synch with mips in the virtual shadow map - there is actually a distance where the artefact isn't visible. The patterning of the artefact does look similar to the artefacts you get with two sided ray-traced shadows on nanite objects
Is there a way to assign a light to only illuminate a group of objects only where you can add and remove from the group of objects that can be lit by that particular light in ue4?
I am struggling with warp projection gizmo. it's inconvenient as hell and always blurry . Does anyone know an easy way to fit projection like UVMap modifier in 3dmax? I hope I may missed it somewhere.
