Hi all, wanted to share this finished piece I recently did in UE4. I've been using the engine more and more for concept art and decided to do a very Miyazaki inspired piece. The original idea had many more shots but I just ran outta gas doing these scenes. Hope you all enjoy!
I have an issue with using hair in UE4, I am trying to bring my character into the reflections demo, but when I add my hair, just a simple material with the translucent blend mode and a texture with the alpha dictating the opacity, I get the glowing beard of destiny. Any ideas how to fix this or a good hair material?
I recall in UDK that I could set the desired pixels per meter texture density, and then there was a render mode that displayed each asset's density in shades blue-green-red. Is there something similar in UE4?

I was able to achieve the requested perspective using the FoV and…
Hey Polycount! So I'm creating a Chinese temple with UE4 (or maybe UDK, I originally planned this project for UDK but with the free release of UE4, I'll switch). I'm still in the blocking out process in Maya but I have some higher detail props in the scene already. Right now, I'm actually thinking of cutting this project…
