Is there a way to crop the camera view in UE 4.20?

I'm looking for a way to crop a certain portion of the camera view in Unreal Engine 4.20. Shown below is an example off what I'm trying to achieve:

The reason for this is because I'm trying to match the perspective of a reference image that was given to me. I was able to achieve the requested perspective using the FoV and Aspect Ratio parameters of the camera; however, it required me to render a segment of the scene that was not supposed to be visible as illustrated in the left image above. Right now, I'm just cropping the image in Photoshop, but maybe there is a more elegant solution.

I was originally planning to post this question in UE4 AnswerHub, but for some reason I'm unable to sign into the site even though I could sign into the Epic launcher without any issues. Hoping to find assistance from the experienced people here.

Yes. Set the screen resolution to the desired size. You can use a console command for this. For example, "r.setres 400x1000w".
