Im using 3dsmax 11. I have a model that is not recieving correct lighting.its just black. I tried reseting xform and collapsing but it does not work. Im in smooth and highlights view. I threw a light in there and still no change. any ideas?

Trying to improve lighting on an old scene, there are a few things not that good in the scene maybe I should just use the scene as a learning experience and Delete it, I don't have the Orginal files any more so its kinda hard to fix them.
Hey, I know I've seen ppl mention this problem before, but as you can see I have a wierd lighting issue of shadows showing up even though there shouldn't be any. Anyone know what's causing it and how to fix it? Thanks!
Basically the result I see in the viewport (with all the reflections, normal map details etc.) I want to be baked into base color. Can't figure out how to do it. Baked Lighting filter doesn't do that.
light source consistant in a texture is a major weakness of my textures used bobo the seals vertex baking tutorial and decided to keep it simple for the first time i use this technique. the texture is 100% photo free i even painted the wood texture myself
