I've done some exercise texturing stuff, sculpted one rock out in zbrush from zsphere, then used zbrush 2.5D mode to position, rotate and scale rocks on planar while making sure it will tile then I rendered few maps out including height map using Zgrabber, the rest was painted in photoshop, instead of slapping whole texture over and masking out I tend to use clone stamp to paint details sourced from photo.
Marmoset gif.
I love this; looks fantastic! I like that workflow too, I'll try it out :]
@ Shiskebab : cool character. I wonder what happened to his nose?
@ Rav3 : Nice Castle.
@ onelunglewis : WOW. She is looking great. Really digging those details.

Did not get to do too much on this guy over the weekend I needed to organise a few things, but here wee go. Starting to think he is TOO far removed from Thor at the moment, maybe I will just continue down this path and see where it takes him.
I made a sword that is based on this concept by Kozivara:
Awesome, you did a lot of justice to the concept !
Dunno if it's still wip, but one thing that bugs me is you didn't include the sharp edge material (brighter, less reflection, etc)
Nice work do you have any tips or tutorials you learn form that are worth checking out. I've got to do a bit of texturing that has to be done fast and im not the best at it yet.

One giant leap into my next full environment!
Like it, has a nice feel to it
great game man
The artists name is Saiful Haque. The concept and the rest of his art is amazing and fun.
A plug to his behance portfolio:

Here is the concept:
The basemesh I made (from level zero silo baseman with shoes), to work her out. Head is split from old anatomy practice:
And here is where I am at so far:
Was thinking a stylized skyrim char when I saw it, but Thor makes sense -I dont think its too far away....delve...deeper.
Thanks man, lots of work is going into it. Speaking of which:
