All of you guys have great stuff here so i want to show my work for game ARMA2 and our modification CSLA (Czechoslovak Peoples Army).

if you want proper crits, open a thread. WAYWO is always subject to the occasional dick joke... i mean, i remember posting a model here a couple of years ago asking "what kind of weapons should i go with?" and the hands + head were replaced with cocks.
Decided to do waist up for my next character texturing assignment, we were given models to texture but that's too easy (and the model is kinda garbagey)
Thinking of possibly adding horns or hair or something mebe. He gonna have pointy nails too~
Not digital, but about a month ago I helped another artist fabricate some prop heads for Lady Gaga's new Music video/ Grammy Performance...I guess the video just launched recently. I enjoy it up until the 2:30 mark though. But they were sculpted caricatures of Lady Gaga painted up to resemble Ziggy Stardust.

1st Post, just some shader work I have been messing with.
The objective was to get a quick shader renderwise (under 10-15m HD) with reflection glossiness using Vray. Dof and Motion blur (not visibale on the still).
came out pretty fucking pimp! id love some SSS/glow on the hands with such a strong light behind them but i say that mainly because im hot for sss at the moment.
Hey guys, I've been a lurker at the forums for a few years now and have finally decided to post what I am working on. Actually, I've decided to revisit one of the first things I ever created and optimize the geometry and create a low-poly baked version.
Here it is...
I know these renders are terrible because I did this is my first 3D class - Intro to 3D Modeling. The instructor didn't give us a budget. He just said, "Go nuts with it!" I should have realized that was bad advice since this motorcycle has close to 500,000 polys. Not good.
Since this class I have learned a lot more and want to recreate this project using a proper low-poly/high-poly workflow. This model is mostly water-tight and I want to break it up with floating geometry and create proper texturing. Plus, I'll finally add a kickstand and some of the other minute details I ran out of time for.
So, I ask that you don't really critique the original model too much, but please offer advice as I progress. Thanks and I am looking forward to getting this project started.
I just realised that doing small things like this actually more fun than making full characters, you don't get tired of it (10 hours total) and can focus on really important stuff like boobs

koryface: nice duddde. SSS illuminates surface evenly in tissue, and is usually clearest against contrast (hiding the light source usually).
