Masterofthefork: To my eye, it looks like your mountie is about to fall over, I think it may be a good direction to see if you can get the weight of his head/torso in the proper place. Other than that, it's a unique character.

Just going off of that shot, the level looks a little muddled to me. There's nothing to draw my eye so my eyes wander trying to take in the whole scene. Maybe give it a focal point like a raging fire in the middle, or a burning vehicle, or just SOMETHING to give the area a visual anchor.
Perhaps opening up some of the far walls so you can see through the level into the skybox would help as well. Give my brain something that it can judge distance with.
Luke i think you should add more debris, that would have come from the holes now it look so clean on the floor like if someone have come and cleand upp and sweaped the floors.
luke: Nice. But one thing that bugs me is the crack in the lower right corner of the hole. Looks like its pasted on top of the floor without any depth to it.

I pulled a Belias and just improved old 2007 artwork through a quick reproportion and animation (open source art FTW) . If you want more, then that's just too bad. i'm posting this only once.

Thrillkill- I'm just learning myself but the shoulder/trap looks like they could use some size adjustment and and more definition/separation of those forms, also the thigh might be a little short?
Trying to speed up my workflow. High poly, low poly, unwrap and texture done in around 2 days... Took a lot longer because I'm still getting back into high poly modelling.
