..and in the sheets folder they go! :poly136:
looking cool, would be cool to see the goat and what not, but with even more of a twist to it! not just the horns...do I dare say, stripes?! :poly142:
I recently did a small side project for a friend at Full Sail. He designed a custom next-gen controller with high usability. His teammates quit the class, so I helped by modeling the design's prototype in 3D (the teacher said it was ok)
vivin: thanks you yeah its just a grab, a bit of lense blur, and a crappy fabric overlay in PS ....bloody love your goatboy btw ( not sure if thats the correct name for him but he's lovelly )
skylebones: ta very much digging the ghostrider...are the feet a little small?
@visionnaryunlimited: nice colors! Also, I like the way you made the folds with the black line.
The next step, if it need one, is to make a paintover with lot of details like belt, rings and for exemple, guns.
Of course Im still open to crits and advices.
Why is there always so much damned awesome in here?!? it's impossible to keep up.
HitmonInfinity: thanks man, fixed that up Mask_Salesman: She looks pretty good to me the way she is bro, maybe add some spec in there to make it pop more? Lengthened my arms for ya
So, barring any other major crits this'll be it for the anatomy, I think it's time to move on already
-Scudz: I like the exaggerated forms, but the transition from his upper arm to the lower looks a bit strange in the pic.
Still working on my first 3d model. I've cut off the head from the full figure to finish something...and learn new stuff.
I tried to make hair planes the last couple of days, but figured that short hair is too hardcore for now.:\
Some things proportional I need to fix still , but Still chugging along (The micro ropes and the fire torch + Skull spikes are separate assets not yet made at this time)
A very early feather blockout on a very early body sculpt blockout.. Eventually going into the comicon challenge as a female "Angel" ala xmen. Been fun figuring out the back wing attachment anatomy to a semi reasonable degree of realism.

That cloth is insane
On those rear pole things, how about having them sitting in some sort of stone block with cylindrical bits carved out for them to sit in.
This is my comic-con entry
based on crits so far these are my ideas, at the moment I'm blocking out the anatomy as my ideas continue to be refined. What do you guys think, I'm open to all critiques that'll improve my design.
We really went bananas and had our first betatest for Droppin' Bombs and what other perfect way to enjoy this while a sit-in on everyone's favorite place:
It might just be me, but I'm pretty sure spiderDude is like me, in that he can't draw his own concepts, and uses those shots like a "model" just to convey his ideas, and get those ideas to others. I could be wrong, but unless his entry is for the 2d part of comicon, I don't think he's trying to pass this off as his own work. But then again, what do I know?

For sure, he's doing an alternate reality of powergirl and this is his concept. It's not like this is his entry or anything. Just a quick paintover. And it's obviously a paintover of a powergirl cover. Not seeing the problem here.

Mirror's Edge 2...someday...sigh
That's is a sexy backdrop! Very nice indeed, what you got in mind for the rest of the scene?
Similar setup as this: (maybe for a larger scale portfolio project page or something)
Do you reckon this would be portfolio worthy as a big project? (like, 10-15 creatures in similar style and layout, as if for a real project)
EDIT: While I'm at it, here's another painting I'm working on;

Anywho...
High res, with basic materials btw
I love the sculpt!, is it rendered or just a screen grab/post work?
I dig the wrinkles happening as well, definitely ages him a lot
Lowpoly with normal
